With 1200 illustrations including 500 special plates by Harry Furniss.  Published in 1910 by The Educational Book Co. London. 

Uniformly bound in blue linen boards. Gilt top fore-edge. Gilt decorative C D initials to the front boards. Gilt title lettering to the spines. Some of the spines are worn with loss - please see photos. Spines and board corners are bumped. Some staining / marks to the boards. Illustrated endpapers, toned. Pages are generally clean and bright, and are tightly bound with no loose or missing pages. 20cm x 15cm 

Postage and packing : I know that you will be looking forward to receiving your order, each book is carefully wrapped in packing paper ( I have changed from bubble wrap to try and reduce my use of plastic) and posted in a Jiffy bag if size permitting, if not it is double wrapped in corrugated cardboard, brown paper and then securely taped. 

To keep the cost of the postage down to the most economical level per book, you may consider buying more than 1 item from my eBay account. You can then request a combined postage cost and I will combine the items into the fewest parcels as possible - saving you money :)

 

My main posting days are Monday and Thursday ie. If you place an order and payment is received after Thursday 12.00 noon your order will be posted out on Monday.
