Arcopal Trianon France Opal Ware 1980’s Scalloped Edge 7.75" Salad Plate.

There are no chips or cracks on the 3  plates. These are vintage items and have been used so please review all pictures carefully and let me know if you have any questions.  Condition is consistent with age and use. Good pre-owned vintage condition. There is some wear in the middle of the plates. Please review all pictures as they are part of the description.

These beautiful pieces are made out of Opal Glassware. They are known for their distinctive milky white opaque look.  The Arcopal material is known for its durability and strength which is 5 times stronger than china.  That durability is a result of the manufacturing process.  During production, the dishware is heated up slowly, and then cooled quickly.  This process results in dishware coated with a durable and beautiful fire-glazed finish.  Because of its nonporous heat-resistance, Arcopal dishware is dishwasher and microwave-safe.
