Spirit Of Dubuque Iowa Dress Belt Buckle Vintage 1970s Roadside Souvenir ...a fun old 70s road trip trinket "Spirit Of Dubuque", Iowa dress belt buckle. This is a smaller, western style, silver tone metal buckle with an arrowhead shaped Dubuque Iowa mount in the center, a great old roadside souvenir from the 1970s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 2-5/8" x 1-5/8" and it fits a 1" wide belt.
