Picture cardboard gatefold sleeve is in very good  condition.  There is a fix to the bottom and top edge with clear tape which has been expertly done to make it nearly unnoticeable.

Printed inner lyrics sleeve is in very good to very good plus condition.. some edge wear. 1 inch split on bottom from record cut through.

Record has been test played and has been found to be in excellent condition.
