This item is a Showers Pass Transit Jacket with a detachable hood.  It is made for rainy conditions. It has pit zips and a flap in the back to keep you ventilated. It is a size Men's small. I wear Women's Medium and wore this with the cuffs rolled up. All the zippers work great.  There is some wear on the seam tape inside the jacket (see photos) but the seams do not leak. There is a small scuff mark inside the jacket on the "tail" it is not a hole.
