Very Good condition - Minor damage to the case in slight scruffs or tears. No major damage to jewel case or scratches on the discs:

Underworld: Trilogy (Includes: Underworld (Extended Cut), Underworld: Evolution, and Underworld: Rise of the Lycans) - on the front cover there is a scruff that was there when I bought it brand new at the store, it kind of looks likes someone's nail caught the plastic.

Red Fury - Has some damage to the plastic on the front and back of the case; the damage looks like slight scratches in the plastic and some rippling in the plastic.

Footloose (1984 Original)/Flash Dance (Double Feature) - There is a tiny cut in the plastic on the spine on the case.

Kayla - There is some damage to the paper in the case. It wasn't completely under the plastic covering park and when the shrink wrap and sticker along the jewel case edges was taken off it tore a layer of the paper. It also left a kind of sticky residue

Star Trek (2-Disc Special Feature) - the paper from the case has some damage from where it was higher than the plastic covering, and the sticker was attached. Disc 1 which is the Feature Film and has some special features doesn't seem to have any damage but disc 2 which is more special features and a Digital Copy (which I don't believe will work anymore but you can try it) does have some scratching to it.

Good condition - The cases may have slight damage and the discs have some scratches on them (played fine when last watched):

Mean Girls - No damage to the case but disc has some scratches on it.

The DaVinci Code (Two-Dico Full Screen Special Edition) - The jewel case plastic has some wear to it and discs have a little scratching to them

Fast Five - The jewel case plastic has some wear to it and disc has scratches

Men In Black (Deluxe Edition) - Still has the original slipcase and the booklet that came inside the case; the booklet has movie and character information and, on the back, has the scene selection. The disc has slight scratch to it

Men In Black 2 - Still has the information booklet that has character information and the scene selection on the back. Jewel case plastic has some wear to it and disc has tiny scratch on it

Brint It On: Cheertastic 3-Movie Pack (Includes: Bring It On, Bring It On: All or Nothing, and Bring It On: Again) - Jewel case doesn't show any damage, but discs do have some scratches on them

Brint It On: Fight to the Finish - Jewel case doesn't show any damage, but disc has some scratches

Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2-Disc Collector's Edition) - Still included the disc information booklet. Jewel case plastic has a few scratches and rippling to it and the paper has some slight damage where the plastic got folded down. Discs have some scratching to them

Pirate of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest - Jewel case plastic has a slight scratch and wear to it. Disc has some scratching

Curious George - Jewel case has some slight wear but it's nothing very noticeable. Disc has some slight scratching to it

Live Free or Die Hard (Unrated Edition) - Jewel case has some wear to it and disc has some scratching

Fast & Furious - Jewel case has some scratching and damage to it. Disc has scratches on it

Acceptable condition - The cases have major damage to them or not in original case:

Underworld: Awakening - The disc looks fine, and I can't find any scratches on it. However, the case is damaged on the bottom it is missing piece and another part is cracked but hanging on

Mulan (Special Editon) - It's not in the original case. I bought it at a thrift store as just the disc but later got empty cases when a video rental went out of business, so it's in a blank case. Disc does have scratching to it. Only includes disc 1 and I never had any other discs for it

Star Trek (the 2009 reboot/Kelvin Timeline) - Was a previous rental that was bought when the video rental went out of business. The jewel case has some damage to it, which is mostly on the plastic covering. The disc has a lot of scratching to it - it did play fine the last time I played it
