Excellent condition overall. Fully functional with no operational defects or limitations. All drag, counterbalance, and brakes work as designed with no issues. Control of the head is smooth, steady, and noiseless throughout all settings.

Some minor cosmetic wear on the head, ball base, and pan bar, but generally in very good condition. There is one notable cosmetic defect: two small rectangular areas on the ends of the balance (top) plate where the paint is missing and the bare aluminum is showing. See last two photos. This does not affect operation of the head in any way.
