This antique or vintage Japanese Samurai doll is 10" tall in a kneeling position and 9" across from outstretched foot to bended knee.  The figure, which appears to be smiling,is straw-filled, and has a gofun head with wood hands, feet, and torso.  He is wearing his original brocade clothing with metal armor and cardboard hat.  He is in used condition.  His clothes are shredded in places, a piece of armor appears to be missing in the front,as shown in the close-ups, and his right foot is missing, as shown in the last two photos.  His mouth is missing some paint.  His hat fell off while I was photographing him so I re-glued it, but am not sure it will remain attached during shipping.  Someone has attached to one hip, in order to allow him to remain in a kneeling position.
