Vintage "Models of Yesteryear" Y-17 1938 Hispano Suiza Matchbox Diecast
Here is a diecast model produced in England by Matchbox. This vehicle is part of the "Models of Yeateryear" series and is numbered Y-17. The model is a 1938 Hispano Suiza and comes with a small diorama. It is 1:48 scale.
This is one of several I am listing. They are all in excellent condition having never been unboxed to play with. Some of them had Carnival Cruise Line price stickers on the bottom of the vehicle (long since fallen off). Some of the boxes show a little wear from age and a few still have the original Carnival Cruise Line tags but overall in very good shape. I am calling them used due to their age.
These were purchased by my parents while on a Carnival Cruise approximately 1987 and have been stored away in a closet for the last 35 years or so. Each of them would make a great addition to any die cast collection.
