You are looking at a purple dragon holding a crystal in his mouth. Under the stand is the place where you put batteries to light up the stand, which lights up the crystal. I'm not sure what the other head?? if it is one, is doing, so I'm not sure, is it one or two dragons. Very cool, please enjoy
