Made in the United States, this sign is a true piece of American history. Whether you're a fan of Schlitz or just appreciate vintage advertising, this sign is sure to be a conversation starter. This beauty measures about 22 1/4" long x 8 1/2" wide, and stands about 4 3/4" high. This sign shows very minor wear with a couple of small scratches on the letter "L" and 1 tiny scratch on the letter "L". No Chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. This has a sticker on the back that says (NIWU), which is the National Industrial Workers Union.

This sign has the date 1972 on the lower right hand corner just below the word Famous. This cool looking fluorescent lighted sign works great and comes with 2 chains and hooks for hanging. This was recently purchased at an estate auction where it was proudly displayed in their game room, and looked fantastic. 

This vintage piece of Breweriana features the "SCHLITZ" name in large burgundy colored 2 1/2" letters, that is embossed along with the 'SCHLITZ GLOBE". Just below that it says "The Beer That Milwaukee Famous" in white letters, and when lighted leaves off a lovely seductive glow over a room.
