Inside cuff from end to end is 5 1/8" plus opening of 1 1/4". Unmarked. Tested by my jeweler and confirmed to be sterling silver. The design is slightly adjustable but I recommend letting a jeweler adjust it properly for you. Slight signs of wear are considered typical for authentic vintage pieces, such as light surface scratches or patina. This type of normal wear attests to an item's age and adds to its vintage charm and character.
