WV) This HOn3 brass engine comes with box but NO foam. The box is taped and in bad condition. The wheels turn forward and reverse using test wires.  The engine is partially re-painted / touched up and if you look close up it has a very poor finish. Some of the detail parts are bent and will need straightened. This steamer is sold as needing repair and a project locomotive for restoration.
