Listed is a lot of 59 international stamps in 18 labeled envelopes, from Seth Perkins and Mystic. Dates range from 1951-1978.

My dad was an informal and unorganized stamp collector, but these seem to be intact and in great condition. I don’t know anything about stamps, so please take a close look at the photos for details. I did not remove any from the envelopes for photographs.
