Used AT&T iPhone 11, bought it from Apple store by myself and used it 3+ years.

As you see on the photos, the phone have scratches (screen is not cracked) on the screen and the max battery life is 73% after the long time use, but the phone has no functional issues including cameras.

Although the IMEI info says Simlock is Unlocked, I did not unlock it by myself so please treat this as AT&T locked version just in case.
