I don't know what parts are original or replaced as I haven't seen one of these with a clown.

Mule missing front legs and most of the tail.

Wind up mechanism turns but makes a knocking sound, and it does not move forward.

Dings, scratches, dirt, rust spots, fading paint, etc

Not sure if can be repaired and might only be good for either parts or to display as is.
