Shipping is via
United States Postal Service. We offer 3 types of shipping, please see
shipping details below. All 3 services are trackable (not real-time
tracking, website will usually update the day before delivery) at the
United States Postal Service Website. You will automatically
receive tracking information via email the following business day. If
you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder, this is
automatically sent upon printing of your shipping label.
International Shipping
is via United States Postal Service. Tracking is not available for International
Customers. If you are concerned about this, please inquire about Express
Mail Service, this is the only service that will provide any type of
tracking information.
When making multiple
purchases, please do not pay until we combine them and send you an invoice
with combined shipping.
We guarantee your purchase
to be as described and shown above. Should you receive any product which
does not work or is not represented properly we will gladly exchange
or refund your purchase including shipping and handling upon return
