Payment

I accept direct deposit to my bank account at the Encompass Credit Union Bank in Australia. This is our preferred payment option as it has no cost and the fastest process for any transaction. PAYPAL also accepted. All items must be paid within 5 days or the transaction will be cancelled and negative feedback will be left.

Fees

We do not charge any taxes or fees. State taxes maybe charged at the destination country. However, it is our experience that purchases for personal use are mostly waived of any taxes. Your payment to us covers the cost of the goods and the carriage of the goods to destination.

Shipping

I ship worldwide. I use
1. Ordinary Parcel Post
2. Express Post( trackable )

3. International Airmail
The charges will vary according to
(a) the destinations
(b) the type of service as described above and
(c) the weight of the article.
The actual postal costs are clearly defined in the description of each auction listing.

INSURANCE: We use Registered Post if extra cover against loss or damage is required. Additional fee of AU$3.00 apply.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit unless insurance is paid for the purchase.

Delivery

Items are shipped 1 – 2 days after payments are received.

Refunds & Returns

1. Refunds are only available for non-shipment due to unavailability.
2. Goods are thoroughly checked before dispatch. Any fault in items shipped will be promptly replaced. Exchanges are for faulty items only and not for wear and tear of items.
3. All problems must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
4. Goods may be shipped back by mutual arrangement. Postal costs are non-refundable.
