Q. What if you can't fix my computer?
A. Some computers have damage to the circuit board which may be beyond repair. In this case we will send the computer back to you at no extra charge or we will offer to buy from you.

Q. How long does it take? A. The turn around time is approx. 7-9 days.

Q. Is there any refunds? A. No, this ad is non-refundable. We do offer a 2 for 1 special. If the 1^st laptop was not fixed, than a 2^nd may be fixed with only the cost for parts. In other words, just send the 2^nd laptop in for the pre paid price of the 1^st.
