We offer combined postage and handling when you purchase multiple items from us within a four day period. You pay full shipping cost for the most dearest and you then receive a 50% postage and handling discount for each additional item purchased through us. If you are planning to purchase more items, please inform us.

Please request 'total invoice' when you have finished bidding/buying what you require so we can adjust the invoice. Please note that you must bid on the lights you need. Payments are strictly to be paid after 3 days.

Shipping & Freight information

Most items will be sent via Auspost E-Parcel, Registered post or regular (please check the shipping methods for the product as shown on eBay). Shipping fee includes postage and handling fees (packaging & materials). We unfortunately do not offer pickup, unless stated in the advertisement.

Auspost E-Parcel: Tracking & Insurance cover
Auspost Registered Post: Tracking & Insurance cover
Regular: No tracking & No insurance cover
UPS, DHL, E-GO Courier: We have accounts with each of these courier companies. Couriers are mainly used for freighting our bulky items. These do have tracking but limited insurance cover.

International purchasers, please note that any tax/duty (if any) will be at the cost of the purchaser. Please double check with your local government on any taxes or duty that may apply.

International Air Mail: No tracking & No insurance cover (Please allow 7-21 business days). If you require tracking please select Registered International Air Mail.

Contact us after 10 working days (Monday - Friday is 5 working days) if you haven't received your purchased item, so we can help track the item with Australia Post. In the case that you are not at home, a card should be left (however this is not always the case) informing your that your parcel is at your local post office.

We accept payment via direct bank deposit & paypal. Payments are strictly to be paid within 3 days of winning bid.

 

Return & Refunds policy

We offer our customer a standard 30 day warranty (for this product) for your peace of mind against manufacturer faults. In the rare occasion that you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately through eBay before sending the item back. We reserve the right to void warranty if the returned product has been abused, mishandled, modified, mis-used, and/or physically inflicted by the user.

Buyer is responsible for all the return postage and handling fees. The item will be inspected and if faulty, an exchange or refund will be provided. Any refunds are only applicable to the product cost and does not included any postage or handling fees.

We do not offer refunds to customers who change their mind, don't know how to use the product or find no use for the product
