Your decal is precision cut out of colored Vinyl Rolls, it is NOT ink printed.
There is no clear border or back ground, It will be shipped to you with a masking film on top which holds all the pieces together for application only and a paper backing to protect the adhesive side.
The decal comes default for the outside of the vehicle and can be request as Reversed or mirror image for the inside of a glass.
