Heavy Duty Conical Serrated washers  are manufactured to DIN6796 spec.

Their ideal use if for bolting sections where they are put under the  and or bolt head to help prevent loosening.

Due to the high forces from these washers it is recomended that only grade 8.8 10.9 12.6 are used.

 The washer has the special feature of radial serrations that bite into the mating surface thus preventing the loosening of the screw under vibration.
