Placing a Bid

Non Paying Bidders If payment is not received within 3 days, then we have the right to re-list the item, you will received automated payment reminders until payment has been made. Not honouring your winning bid will result in unpaid strike to your account. *NOTE* This could lead to suspension of your account, and you will also be blocked from all our future listings, so serious bidders only!
Payment fraud Credit card and other payment fraud are serious crime! We will forward any evidence we have on fraudulent payments to relevant law enforcement organisations. Our staffs are well trained to identify fraudulent payments, so don't waste your time. We recommend new user?s to verify their PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.
Warranty All watches sold on eBay are void warranty with their respected manufacturer, therefore do not be fooled by sellers claiming you will receive manufacturer warranty. At Empire Watches we currently provide our own 1-2 year movement warranty to cover you (excluding accidental damage). Warranty also does not cover Diamonte Gem Stones as these will eventually fall out with wear and tear. Please obtain the invoice receipt provided with the goods to validate your warranty with us.
Returns We would ask you to check every item that you receive from us, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We are more than happy to exchange any faulty items that you may unfortunately receive within a time period of 7 days of receiving the goods. Items should be sent back in the same condition you receive them with all protective seals intact and no adjustments made. If you are returning a watch to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the watch was wrongly ordered by yourself. We also recommend sending your watch by registered post in order to track we have received the watch.
Refunds Due to the nature of eBay, unfortunately refunds are strictly not available. Please make sure you are bidding on the correct item before placing a bid. We will only issue a refund if we cannot provide a replacement for a return of watch or if the item you received is not what was described in the item listing.
