All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In the extremely rare event of a manufacturing defect being missed in the inspection process, we will authorize replacement of a defective item. The item in question must be returned to us (at the customers expense) for evaluation. If our inspection of the item reveals a manufacturing defect, we will ship a replacement in the exact same size, color, and style via 1ST CLASS US MAIL.
