this auction is for a poor to fair very heavy black china? desk top pen holder or ink well. the holder is unmarked. Used has a chip on one side from poor storage,, does have some storage soiling that should clean up. no felt on bottom any more!, showing some wear from storage. the holder is unmakerd. I found these in a old surplus store, they may be WW2 era Military used items not sure? will combine winning bids to lower shipping cost, check out my ebay store!
