This antenna is Celluteq's CE6022-15, 2.4GHz Outdoor Omni-directional Antenna. It is a high gain, 15dBi, and high performance WiFi antenna for outdoor applications. This antenna can be connected to an 802.11b/g/N wireless access point/router or any other 2.4GHz wireless devices. With 15dBi gain, it can greatly increase wireless coverage range. Its omni-directional radiation pattern is particularly ideal for point to multipoint applications. The CE6022-15 is constructed of UV stable fiberglass with aluminum mounting tube, and it is rugged, lightweight and weatherproof. A set of hardware for pole (up to 1.5” diameter) mounting is included (see the picture in specification sheet). 

A cable assembly with appropriate connectors is required to connect this antenna to the wireless devices such as routers. To ensure good performance of wireless system, a high quality cable should be used. If the buyer does not have appropriate cable assembly, one of the two items "Outdoor 15dBi Omni-directional WiFi Antenna with 16ft Extension Cable" and "Outdoor 15dBi Omni-directional WiFi Antenna with 33ft Extension Cable" is recommended. Both items use the same 15dBi omni-directional antenna plus a high quality cable attached to the antenna.

Note:   It is generally not recommended to compare the performance of this outdoor antenna with the built-in antennas of a wireless device by placing them at the same location. This is because the most significant advantage of an outdoor antenna over the built-in antennas is that it allows users the flexibility to select the best antenna location, which is often outside a building.
