Orders will be shipped via Royalmail, air parcel or other services depending on situations.

All our products are fully examined for quality before shipping.
If the product is defective on receipt then a replacement will be given.
If no replacement product is available then a full refund including postage will be made.
Please note that all defects must be reported when items are received and returned to me unused in their original packaging without any alterations within 14 days of purchase.
NO EXCEPTIONS outside the 14 days period will be considered.
