All about Sculpey III

Sculpey III is very similar to Fimo, though a little softer to work with so requires less manipulation/conditioning before you begin and can be the ideal polymer clay for people who are new to this medium.  It has an equally big range of colours - 44 at the last count.  It can be mixed with other brands of polymer clay of your choice - just remember to always bake to the lowest temperature that any of the mixed clays states on the individual packaging.

Polymer Clay is a highly versatile modelling material that is hardened by baking in your home oven. It stays soft until baked.  Once baked it is permanent and can be cut, sawn, glued, painted or added to and re-baked.   Polymer clays bake hard and strong and can be used for all manner of craft projects and form the basis for many craft businesses. 

Baking

Bake at 275 °F  (130 °C) for 15 minutes per 1/4 in  (6 mm) thickness.  DO NOT MICROWAVE. Baking should be completed by an adult. DO NOT EXCEED THE ABOVE TEMPERATURE OR RECOMMENDED BAKING TIME.
