This is a brand new 1941 to 1954 Buick STEEL gas tank.  This tank may also work for a variety of other 1941 to 1954 GM cars.  This is for the B-1D tank (see picture below).  The B1-A, B1-B and B1-C tanks are available in our other auctions. This tank features:

B1 series of tanks are available in 4 models that are basically the same with the exception of the filler neck location These tanks fit a wide range of cars in the 1941-54 Buick, Pontiac, Oldsmobile and more vintage models. Although they may not be an exact replacement with slight to no modification they will work in many GM applications where a 0-30 Ohm fuel sender is used.
