• From 49mm diameter up to 83mm diameter are of 4 ply construction, and a wall thickness of 5mm.

• From 84mm diameter up to 102mm diameter are 5 ply construction, and a wall thickness of 6mm.

• Burst pressures are rated at 4:1 of safe working load. Separate test sheet results available.

With its’ temperature range stability, flexibility, longevity, thermal, and electrical insulation properties, silicon polymers are a modern miracle of engineering material science.

Silicon Hoses have endeavoured to manufacture a size range that accommodates every currently asked for diameter.

All hoses are manufactured from high grade silicon polymer, and reinforced with a high strength polyester fabric. This gives a minimum/maximum operating temperature range of -40ºC to +180ºC.

A range of hose accessories is also available. This includes stainless steel rolled edge hose clamps (designed for silicon hosing) from 9mm to 105mm diameters. Hose joiners with rolled swaged beads from 16mm to 102mm. Extruded vacuum tube in handy packs of 3 metre lengths with a bore size from 3mm up to 8mm, and in economical bulk reels of either 15m or 30 metre length.

Payments may be be processed through PayPal or over the phone by credit or debit card. If you intend paying by card please ensure that you have to hand details of the transaction including your eBay ID, purchase date and item number; this will enable us to process the payment quickly and efficiently.

We ask that payment is made within 1 working day of committing to purchase an item. If payment is not made within 7 days of purchase, proceedings will begin in accord with guidelines provided for sellers.

Prices quoted cover delivery costs within mainland UK and exclude UK Highlands, UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. For these areas and any other destinations not covered, please contact us for a delivery quote.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of payment. We shall endeavour to deliver the Goods you have offered to purchase within 5 working days of receiving your offer; certain items are made to order and as such will generally be delivered within a maximum of 14 days. If there are any delays we will notify you of such as soon as possible.

Should you wish to contact us prior to placing an order we will be happy to confirm current stock availablility. Should any item not be available for immediate dispatch and contact with us has been made prior to entering into an agreement to purchase the goods, payment will not be taken until the goods are available and authorisation has been given to process payment.

In an effort to prevent fraudulent transactions, we are only able to deliver goods to the cardholders billing address when processing a card payment by phone.

For the most part deliveries will be fulfilled by courier and are usually made Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 to 18:00. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a specific delivery time.

Please note that we have two different proceedures for processing returns dependent on the reason for the request:

• Incorrect Item: If the item delivered appears incorrect or incompatible please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange;
• Unwanted Item: If on receiving the item you decide to return it for a refund please open a return request through eBay.

Whatever the reason for a request to return an item the following conditions must be met:

• We kindly request that the item is returned immediately and, at latest, within seven days from the date of delivery;
• Goods must be adequately sealed and returned with the original packaging. Please note that couriers and the Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped;
• A returns slip stating details of a transaction and the request to return an item must be printed through the eBay Resolution Centre and enclosed with the item. This should provide such details as your eBay ID, purchase date and item number;
• Please make sure that you have addressed the package clearly. Ensure that the item is sent using a trackable postage/courier service and that sufficient insurance is provided to the cover the actual value of the goods in the event that any item may be lost or damaged in transit.
