Warranty
  • We offer 5 years warranty service.
  • For minor maintenance (such as parts replacement), we will send you the parts.
  • For heavy repairing, please send the item to our Hong Kong office (contact us for the address), we will pass it to the manufacturer for repairing. Once the repairing is finished, we will post it back to you immediately. It's a free service.
Payment Terms
  • We only accept Paypal payment.
  • Please arrange payment within 3 days.
  • We will refund or exchange for defective or mis-sent items only. The item should be returned within 14 days upon arrival of shipping address. Complete and intact package must be included.
  • Both buyer and seller will bear 1 side shipment cost for any return / exchange / maintenance reasons.

  • We use Hong Kong Post / Swiss Post / Deutsche Post to ship the item.
  • Tracking number will be provided once it is able for online checking.
    It usually takes 3-5 weeks to arrive.
  • But in peak seasons (from early October - mid February every year), delivery time will be 2 extra weeks longer than normal, due to overloading of postal offices, please understand we are also passive to the issue.
  • Express Shipping is also available, the additional cost depends on your location. Please send us your address for quoting the additional fees.
