A tweak see thru - made in BLACK or your own color choice with sliding string ties at each hip.  If you want only 1 sliding tie that is hidden on inside, let us know after purchase

This will be custom made just for you up to hips 34" for size small, 38" for size medium, up to 42" for size large - endowment, not pant size

Size small will measure 3" across top edge and 6 1/2" across testicular area (folded in half is 3 1/4" across) - length of pouch, measuring in center of top edge, down past bulge, all the way to back of crotch is 8" and another 8" for rear

Size medium will measure 3 1/2" across top edge and 7 1/2" across testicular area (folded in half is 3 3/4" across) - length of pouch, measuring in center of top edge, down past bulge, all the way to back of crotch is 9 1/2" and another 9 1/2" for rear

Size large will measure 4 1/2" across top edge and 9 1/2" across testicular area (folded in half is 4 3/4" across) - length of pouch, measuring in center of top edge, down past bulge, all the way to back of crotch is 10" and another 10" for rear
