About packaging
It is impossible to count the quantity of each pack. To be practical, we do so by weighing, and normally add in 2-3% to ensure more rather than less.
We do combined packaging for more than one pack of same colour/size, and will label on the package to note the total amount.
About delivery time frame
The store owner and her assistant are both full-time workers and part-time ebayers. Please understand we ONLY dispatch in the following morning during the week for orders made before 8pm. Standard delivery within Australia is 2-5 working days, and 5-10 days internationally.
DO NOT urge us for the same day delivery. Express will also be dispatched overnight via Australia Post.
