The paint is often still wet when you receive it. We know this from people who have told us this when buying one of our towers after experiencing the ‘cheap’ alternative. Once the red oxide paint wears off it will go rusty and you will curse it every time you use it!

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods and are subject to the following conditions:- The buyer must advise in writing or by email that they wish to return the goods. Our initial response will include a returns number which should be clearly marked on the returned goods. The goods must be unused and in new, resalable condition (where possible still in the original, undamaged packaging). The buyer must arrange and pay for the goods to be sent back to us. Goods must be packaged suitably for shipping via carrier as goods damaged in transit back to us will not be refunded.
