A major part of our business is getting orders to our customers. We only use known carrier firms, Royal Mail, My Hermes, UK Mail, Interlink and APC. Most of our services are tracked and insured except for some Royal Mail standard delivery services (see specific product listings for details).

The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. The only exception to this is items that are delivered on a palletised service which will have to be booked in with a member of our staff.

If your parcel is being delivered by one of our Couriers or by recorded post, it will require a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the driver will leave an information card. A second delivery attempt will be made or you can arrange to pick up. We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries.

We dispatch all orders same day if they are received before 1pm or next day for orders coming in after 1pm. You can see from our feedback we are consistently good at getting orders out quickly.
All of our items are listed with delivery to the UK only and to mainland UK post codes. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.

If you wish to order a bulk quantity or multiple listings we will be pleased to provide you with a carriage quote.

We do our best to ensure your order is despatched to you within 24 hours and arrives to you in the time stated. From time to time stock levels, courier service or road and weather conditions create a delay which is out of our control.
