								We normally ship your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri Only). Your goods are shipped from United States. Order placed or won Friday evening through Sunday are not processed till next business day. Business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.

International Buyers:
USPS First Class International Mail does NOT include tracking information. Please allow up to 15-20 business days for delivery after package has left the U.S. Some locations such as Brasil, Spain, Greece, Italy, and Russia can take up to 6-8 Weeks for delivery and sometimes longer due to customs delays. Please do not ask for tracking information for after purchase has been made and selected USPS First Class International Mail as ebay automatically inserts customs declaration numbers for shipped orders and are not trackable. Returns

								All items are covered by a 30 day DOA warranty (excluding "as-is" auctions). In the unlikely event you receive an item in a nonworking condition or your item is "Not as Described" please contact us and we will happily help resolve all issues. All returns must accompany a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before being returned. Our return policy covers DOA items and items "Not as Described" only. The buyer is responsible for ensuring all items purchased are compatible. A return will not be authorized for any item purchased that is not compatible or is no longer needed. Incorrect items being connected can cause major parts failures, if an item we sell is connected to an incompatible part it will not qualify for a return. All returned items must be unaltered and in the same condition as received by the purchaser. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must include insurance for the value of the item. We must receive the item back in the condition it was shipped. Any damage or tampering will void the return. If any hardware is modified or repaired by the buyer after shipment, the return policy then becomes null and void. All returns will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be returned to your PayPal account.
