exchange sizes but postage for the replacement will need to be
paid for, and the original item received prior to dispatch of a
replacement.
To obtain the correct size, measure the width of the winding
shaft (from flat edge to flat edge) in millimetres and order the
next largest size. |

Should you wish to return an item for any other reason, it must be returned to
us unused in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt to be accepted.
