About Us

Bayliss Mobility are based in Driffield, East Yorkshire. We provide mobility and disability aids both locally and online.

We supply clothing and accessories for mobility scooters and wheelchairs, a wide range of toileting and bathing aids, as well as eating aids, drinking aids and walking aids.

We also stock the Martex range of incontinence products which includes washable bed pads and incontinence pants. Our disposable range of incontinence pads comes from Lille Healthcare, but we also supply Tena pads.

Returns

We understand that you may want, at times, to return an item you’ve purchased from us. We strive to make this process quick and convenient for you. For further information on returns or to request a refund/return, please contact us.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any other item you have purchased from us, you may return it if you notify us within 60 working days of receiving it. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge.

We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us. If your shipping address is outside the EU, we will retain the shipping fee.

If an item arrives damaged, or if your return is a result of an error on our part, we will refund or resend the item upon receipt of the damaged product within 60 days of the order.

Any return which does not meet the conditions set forth above will not be refunded or replaced.
