About Us

Micro-Tech Automotive Industries has been in the business of manufacturing and remanufacturing automotive electronics for over 30 years. We are regarded as a pioneer in the remanufacturing of automotive electronic control modules (ECMs). Originally named “Ohio Valley Speedometer Supply” we started repairing instruments and speedometers. Gradually the company started to remanufacture other electrical components.

In the early 1980’s the company was renamed Micro-Tech Automotive Industries and purchased a five acre parcel on Bardstown Road in Louisville, KY with buildings totaling more than 100,000 square feet. Today, our corporate office and manufacturing plant is located there. In 1998 we purchased an ignition wire company and today offer several ignition wire and tune-up kit product lines, including our marine ignition cables, SolidCore SS.
