This is a nice antique 17th / 18th century manner of Van Dyck Flemish School oil on board portrait painting of a woman. In pretty nice decent shape as the pics show with the painting having some imperfections / staining and with the frame having imperfections throughout as well and it comes exactly as shown. On the back it has a label from James S Earle & Sons Looking Glasses, Picture Frames, Oil Paintings Earles Galleries Philadelphia. It's interesting that it came from there because the building was lost in a fire in 1869 with a reported loss of over $100,000. The frame measures 25" x 31" and the sight is 16 1/4" x 20 1/2"
