• We only accept payment from PayPal.

• Please note that we will only send order to your registered ebay address. Please ensure that your ebay address is complete and up to date before purchasing, as after the goods have been dispatched, we will not accept responsibility for goods being sent to incomplete/old address.

• E-CHECK payments may delay the processing time because we will only send out the goods until it’s cleared by Paypal (approximately it would take 3 business days).

• All listed products are in stock and orders are usually disapatched within one business day after payment clearance. Please note that all orders placed on the weekends and bank holidays are proceesed on the next working day.

• Estimated delivery times are mentioned below. • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

• We do not offer local pick-up services, all purchases are via posts.

• Shipping fee, where applicable, is charged per item. Shipping and packaging fee includes postage, package material, warehouse cost and other distribution  costs.

• If you are unable to accept your parcel it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office or Courier Company.  If you have not collected or made arrangements for it to be redelivered within 14 days it will be returned to us , we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage and packaging costs.

Faulty Goods: 

All goods are sold as new unless otherwise stated on the individual listing. Any item found to be faulty or damaged when received must be retuned to us within 30 days of receipt, please contact us through eBay messaging system so that we can arrange to collect and replace your faulty item as quickly as possible.

Wrong Item Delivered: 

If we deliver the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange to collect and replace your item as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind:

If you simply change your mind and want to return the goods for exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us unopened and in a saleable condition. You must return the goods at your own cost.
