i may possibly need photo evidence depending on the item purchased.
You will then need to return the item to me in its original packaging please (RETURN ADDRESS IS ON REVERSE OF PACKAGING).
I will then either replace the item or give you a refund.
Faulty items will need to be returned to me as soon as possible for a full refund or replacement.
