Brazing Hearth is for Brazing of stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, red copper and many other metals, it is also ideal for many soldering operations. Our Brazing hearth is designed and purpose-built to reflect the heat back in to the heating area so that higher temperatures can be attained.

We are all aware of the need for good ventilation in our work place; we have developed a perfect solution for healthier brazing and soldering environment. This unique design means that the operator is working in a healthier environment.

The fumes and excess heat within the brazing hearth enclosure is extracted out of the top through a natural air flow of heat and not back in to the face of the operator.

Our Brazing Hearth is made from asbestos free heat resistant refractory vermiculite, the side, top, base & rear heat shields are heat resistant up to 1100ºC /2012 ºF.

It has no ceramic fibres, it’s non-irritant and odourless.

This item is despatched to you, flat packed and will only need a Phillips screwdriver to put the item together, full instruction included with the Brazing Hearth.
