DELIVERY

All of our items are in stock and dispatched within 24-48 hours upon clearance of payment. (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) Please be mindful of the fact that there will be postal delays during public holidays.

If all the items you ordered are available to be sent from UK then you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days following confirmation of the order. 

If all the items you ordered are available to be sent from outside UK we will dispatch goods by International Signed For™ Service with Royal Mail service. Items sent will usually take between 10-14 working days to arrive.

No pickups are permitted.

COMBINED SHIPPING
 

We offer a combined shipping postage and each additional cost will be shown on the Postage and Payments Page. Combined postage will be applied in our checkout to each additional item on the same order.

If you wish to receive combined postage please ensure that you send one payment for all of your items once you have finished shopping.

All our orders are dispatched in discreet, unbranded packaging.

PAYMENT

Please ensure payment is made within 7 days. Paypal, cheque (Only UK CHEQUES in GBPs (£s) please) and postal order are all accepted as methods of payment for UK customers. Paypal is the only accepted method of payment for international customers.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

If you would like to benefit from a promotional price please click 'Add to Basket' from the item page. When you have added all the items you wish to buy to the same order you finish shopping by going to your basket at the eBay check out system. This will automatically calculate the final combined postage cost and discount.

If the checkout system doesn't show discount for any reason then please contact us to request a new invoice. We will send you a combined invoice within 24 hours.

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item please contact us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us unworn, in original condition, with packaging and labels intact, within 14 days for an exchange (subject to availability) or refund. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs.

Faulty Items

We hope you receive all our goods in perfect condition. However, if due to circumstances outside our control you receive the wrong item or the item is faulty, please notify us and we will resolve the problem straight away.

◎ Faulty/Damaged or Incorrect goods
♥ If a product is faulty or damaged please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will request the item to be sent back to us for inspection and we will reimburse any postage costs incurred.
♥ If you receive the wrong goods please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will request the item to be sent back to us and we will reimburse any postage costs incurred to the UK department, so there is no additional cost to you.
♥ We will not be able to confirm your refund until the item has been fully inspected by our Returns Department.

◎ Unsuitable goods
A range of sizes are stated in the listing, this means the item covers that range of sizes due to the nature of the material or manufacture. Please check the size and colour carefully before you order.
You have the right to ask for an exchange or refund for any goods on your order that is not suitable within 14 days after the day on which you received your goods.

♥ Refunds will only be issued on the item cost only. All Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
♥ Goods must be complete, unused and in the same condition as purchased with all packaging intact.
♥ We won't be able to refund or exchange the item until we have received the parcel back and our Returns Department has inspected it.
♥ Please note that the item should be returned by registered mail to our UK office and the fees should be paid by the buyer.
