PAYMENT  TERMS

- Payment must be made within 3 days from when item is won/purchased.

- We accept Paypal, Bank Deposit (No personal or Bank cheques, sorry).

- Bank details are automatically shown on completion of check-out.

- Please Note: Paypal is the only payment option currently

available to our international customers, sorry.

COMBINED  POSTAGE

-  We do and are happy to combine postage (where applicable).

- Please ask or wait for us to send you your invoice.

DELIVERIES

- Items will be sent the the address details provided  by both  Paypal and Ebay.

  If address details should  differ from each  other then the item will be sent

to the address details provided by Paypal by default.

- Items will not be sent to any address other than  those provided by either Paypal or Ebay.

- Items will be posted within 24hrs of cleared payment.

-  We use Australia Post for local deliveries and USPS for all other packages, unless otherwise stated.

- Delivery times are estimates and do not take into account items posted during weekends

 (Aus. Post does not deliver on the weekends) or any public holidays,  festive holidays or

unforseen events (bad weather, disasters, etc).  Please keep this in mind when ordering.

- Australia : Deliveries can take up to 10 business days

- New Zealand : Deliveries can take between 2-3 weeks

- USA  & Canada: Deliveries can take between 1-2 weeks

- UK : Deliveries can take between 2-4 weeks

RETURNS  POLICY

- Our 7 Day Return Policy comes into effect once you have received your item.

- We offer a full refund of your payment once your item has been received.

- Items must be received within 2 weeks after notifying us of any problem.

- The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.

- Only items that are damaged upon receipt or faulty are eligible for our Returns Policy.

- Incompatibility of items such as PC/Video Games or DVD's does not qualify

for return of an item.  We are as accurate as possible with our item

descriptions so please check carefully the item description before purchasing

as we do not know what DVD player you have or your computer specs.

before the auction/item ends otherwise we may not get back to you in time.
