| If product is damaged upon arrival, please email us with a digital photo of the damaged. We will re-ship the item at company's cost. If the package is lost in transit, replacement or refund will only be issued after a claim has been approved by the shipping company. If buyer received incorrect item, please email us with a digital photo of the item. We will be responsible for return and re-shipping charge. (Domestic only) If buyer purchased the wrong item by error and wants to return, shipping and handling charge is not refundable, buyer will also be responsible for return shipping charge.
