General Policies

 

If you have any questions about a part, please contact us via eBay BEFORE purchasing the item. We will answer all questions as quickly as possible. All items are continually re-listed. If we are unable to answer your question before the current listing ends, another auction will soon be available.

 

Truck Parts World is proud to offer you the absolute best prices and fastest service for all your aftermarket parts needs. In order to keep our prices low, we require all buyers to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

 

•Immediate payment required via Paypal for “Buy It Now” purchases.

•We ship to Confirmed Paypal addresses only.

•We are now shipping internationally, but shipping and handling prices will vary depending on location.

•Unfortunately we do not ship to APO and FPO military addresses due to the large amount of return to sender packages and unsatisfied customers in the past.

 

•We cannot control your purchase to ensure that you stay within these guidelines. However, these aforementioned conditions are our necessary criteria for shipping. It is your duty to ensure that you meet these requirements, so please take a moment before purchasing our item(s) and make sure that you are within these boundaries.

•If a wrongful purchase is made, we will do anything we can to work with you to make the transaction go smoothly, but if no arrangements can be made, we will simply refund your full amount if you have not already received the wrongfully purchased part. If you did already receive the part you will have to send us the part back at your expense and any shipping and handling charges incurred in sending out the product in the first place will be charged to you NOT to exceed 20% on items with free shipping of the total purchase price in the form of a restock fee or 10-15% on items with paid shipping and shipping cost will not be refunded. The only time this is not enforced is if you purchase a product send it back and purchase another product by contacting us directly then we will just charge you the shipping out of the new product plus any difference in part costs.

All of our “Buy It Now” eBay items require immediate payment via Paypal.                                                                                                                                

Shipping

 

We are now shipping internationally! All shipping rates will be calculated, and thus, will vary depending on the shipping location. All shipping rates are calculated based the cost of both the shipping and handling required to send your item.

 

Once you have placed your order by purchasing an item, it generally takes 1 business day to Ship your product out.

 

Before purchasing our item(s), please make sure that either (1) your Paypal account has a confirmed physical address, or (2) you personally supply us with a sufficient physical address to ship to.

(3). If USPS does not deliver to your home you will need to select a FedEx Ground, 3rd day or Express Overnite option which will be calculated by eBay’s shipping table system and added to your total. If parts are returned to us due to insufficient address you as the buyer will unfortunately have to pay a restocking fee if you no longer need the product or pay for new shipping to resend the product back out to you using a different shipping method!

 

 

Returns

 

We offer a 7-day money back warranty on most of our items! We also offer 30 day general returns on all new products that are in unused unmodified condition. If any modifications are performed contact us before returning the item and we may still be able to get you some kind of credit depending on the severity of the modification. All of our products are new and are in unused condition unless the item is specifically otherwise listed, and all of our products will be properly listed via brand and manufacturer part number. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number. Above all else, we desire 100% customer satisfaction, so please work with us if anything needs our attention.
