Shipping and Packaging

We will do our best to ensure that each order is shipped in the time listed. However, shipping and handling can take longer in some instances, therefore we will not issue refunds based solely on a longer than expected delivery date! We do everything possible to package our products properly and safely to help avoid shipping damage, however, shipping damage is still a possibility.

Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, excludes weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Postage

This Price/Postage Does Not Cover Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, or Scottish Islands & Highlands. Please note that there is additional charge Please Email Us Before You Commit To Buy, If You Live In These Areas.

The courier service delivers goods anytime between 9am- 6pm.

It's a customer's responsibility to ensure that there is someone to receive the goods. If no one can receive the parcel please leave a note with instructions for the driver in your order.We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via Parcelstore couriors, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed.

All unwanted items must be returned complete and in a re-saleable condition at the buyers expense.
