Es handelt sich hier um einen Optokoppler mit Phototransistor in SMD-Gehäuse (Long Mini Flat Gehäuse) der hervorragende Eigenschaften hat wie Isolationfestigkeit von 5kV, Phototransitor mit VCEO = 80V, IC = 50mA und Vcesat 0,3V.
VERGLEICHBAR ZU CNY17 und zu EL817 / PC817 (SIEHE OBIGE ZEICHNUNGEN)
Der interne Aufbau (IR-Diode und PhotoTransistor) des TCLT1103 ist identisch mit CNY17 und mit EL817 / PC817 (ohne rausgeführten Kollektor) .
Auf Grund der teilweise besseren Parameter ist der TCLT1103 absolut vergleichbar zu CNY17 und EL817 / PC817.
Da bei dem Gehäuse die Diodenseite des TCLT1103 pinkompatibel ist (auch Rastermaß 2,54mm stimmt) zu CNY17 und EL817 / PC817, muß lediglich auf der Transistorseite ein Anpassung ans Layout gemacht werden (siehe obige Zeichnungen)
Durch die galvanischen Trennung von Stromkreisen mit hohen Potentialdifferenzen (Isolationgleichspannung (5kV), ideal geeignet für Schaltnetzanwendungen und Computer-Schnittstellen.
The TCLT1103 consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 5-lead SOP-6L packages. COMPAREABLE TO CNY17 and to EL817 / PC817 (compare the above illustration) The internal schematic (diode and phototransistor) of the TCLT1103 is identical to CNY17 and to EL817 / PC817 (without the external collector-pin). Due to the partial better parameter values, the TCLT1103 is absolutely compareable to CNY17 and to EL817 / PC817. The 2-pin Side (diode) of the TCLT1103 package is pin-compatible including grid dimension (2,54mm). For the 3-pin side (phototransistor) it is necessary to a modification (grid dimension 1.27mm see above illustration).
