How to apply water transfer decals
You will need…
- A small pot/bowl of water (room temperature is best – not hot or cold)
- Top coat
- Your decals, of course
- Nicely painted nails – DRY!
- Optional – a towel on your lap is useful, and so are tweezers!
STEP 1:
Apply a base coat to your nails - then paint your nails using nail polish
........... Then (this is important) make sure you allow your nails to dry.

STEP 2:
Remove the film, cut out the pattern and plunge it into water for 10-20 seconds.
STEP 3: Moisten the fingernails, stick the pattern in position
STEP 4: Sop up the water with a paper towel and blow/air dry
STEP 5: Seal with top coat.
